Group Discounts
Groups of
3 or more get a $200 discount for each
individual when
using
"grouprate"
as their
Promo Code. Groups of 6 or more get $250
discount when using "grouprateplus" as
their Promo Code. Registrations are closely monitored for
adherence to these guidelines.

Cancellation Policy
Full
refunds will be issued, minus a $150 processing
fee, if cancellation is received on or before
April 27, 2011. If cancellation is received after
April 27, 2011, but on or before May
27, 2011,
a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds are
available after May 27, 2011. Substitutions are allowed
without penalty.
Terms

Payment should be
made within 30 days of registration or the
registrant will be at risk of losing his or her
place on the Summit roster.
